Nirh on hyperpahis, joka voi hyppiä maailmojen välillä ja manipuloida sarjakuvaruutuja psyykkisesti. Hän luo verkostoa sarjojen ja elokuvien välille manipuloimalla muita hahmoja. Mutta häntäkin ohjaillaan, ja ohjailevilla tahoillakin on herransa. Ja niin nousee meta-tasojen torni kohti kilpikonnia, ylös asti.
